Build resilience though the development of kindness and self-compassion.

Learn tools and techniques to manage anxiety.

Workshops run from 12:30pm-3:30pm and cost £25 each (£20 for Mindful Therapies members)

Summer workshop 1: Saturday 29th June – Mindfulness and Restorative Yoga

Come join Mark and Jo from Happy Yoga for an afternoon of complete relaxation.
We’ll be spending the whole afternoon indulging in total TLC for our selves. An afternoon retreat for our minds and bodies. Looking at how to use mindfulness to sleep better and cultivating gratitude.

The yoga will be really gentle and suitable for beginners.

Summer workshop 2: Sunday 14th July – Kindness and Self-Compassion

Come and join Jo and Rachel in an afternoon of mindfulness and yoga designed to cultivate a sense of kindness and self-compassion.

This soothing 3 hour workshop is like a mini retreat that you can fit into your weekend.

Summer workshop 3: Saturday 3rd August – Mindfulness and Yoga for Anxiety

Join Jo and Rachel from Mindful therapies as we explore yoga and mindfulness practises that can ease Anxiety.

We will look at the science behind how mindfulness and yoga works so you understand the exercises and learn how to apply them to your everyday life.

This workshop will be gentle and soothing, with a laid back friendly atmosphere.
