Seeing a lovely thing and thinking ‘oh I need to get a photo of that’ rather than just enjoying, connecting, being present.
Social media can be such a great way to stay in contact and keep up to date with friends but just like anything we need to be mindful in how it serves us.
That’s why in July Jo will be running a four week course at Happy Yoga to get us back in touch with the real world.
We’ll look at our relationship with our screens and how to get them to work for us and not the other way round.
This will be a place to connect with real people, having tea and chats and being in the moment.
The course is donation based so pay what you can afford and will be held at 12.30 every Saturday in July.
