The Resilience Hub

A Space for Wellbeing, Connection and Community

The Resilience Hub at Mindful Therapies is a safe, welcoming and inclusive space where individuals, community groups, charities, social enterprises and organisations can come together to support wellbeing, resilience and connection.

Whether you are looking for support for yourself, activities for the people you work with, opportunities to collaborate, or simply a welcoming space to meet, we would love to hear from you.

We believe that resilience grows through connection, compassion and community. That’s why we have created a flexible hub where people can learn, share, support one another and access activities that improve wellbeing.

A Place Where Everyone Belongs

The Resilience Hub is committed to creating a space where everyone feels welcome, valued and respected.

We actively welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, abilities, cultures and experiences. We understand that wellbeing looks different for different people, and we aim to create an environment where individuals can participate in ways that feel safe and comfortable for them.

You do not need any previous experience to take part.

Just come as you are.
