Mindful movement offers a different way to become present and calm the mind. By bringing awareness and attention to the felt sensations of even the smallest movement we can start to reconnect body and mind. If you have struggled with formal sitting meditation or want to bring an additional element to your practice, come along and discover the joy of movement.
We will start each week with a cuppa and a chat, to connect and get to know eachother. From 3-4 there will be guided sequences of mindful movement. Mindful movements are low intensity and suitable for all. There will be a selection of movements every week which will include standing, sitting and lying down as well as mindful walking.
As with most of our drop-in classes we offer this class on a donation basis with a suggested donation of £3-£7
