February 2022 – Fun and connection

summary

In March the current run of our popular Getting Started with mindfulness course completes and there will be a two week break before restarting. As the course informs our weekly theme in all that we do, we are introducing the themes of fun and connection for the period between courses.

January 2022 – Happy New Year

Summary

New Year, new timetable. As we open our doors to the new year we are adding to our in person classes whilst maintaining our online presence. We are also restarting classes at Jesmond Library every Sunday at 1:30.

December 2020 – Wintering

Summary

A very happy Christmas to all of our members and followers. We will be closed for a week over the feastive period but still have lots of resources available online.

September 2022 – Back to school

Summary

The Summer has flown by and we have really appreciated the opportunity to take a break. Now we are back – recharged and ready to go! We are back with a mixture of online and in-person classes.
