Mission Statement

We believe that everyone has the right and potential to make positive choices and can benefit from the opportunity to learn skills in mindfulness. However, we are aware that people do not have the same opportunities and our mission is to address this by making the benefits of mindfulness available to all, particularly those who are marginalised, vulnerable and socially and financially

Our values are Compassion, Integrity, Innovation and Inclusivity.

We aim to abide by these values in everything that we do.
