Counselling offers the opportunity to:

  • talk about difficulties
  • express thoughts and feelings
  • get to know yourself better
  • make positive life choices

Mindfulness can help us to:

  • be more aware
  • manage thoughts and feelings
  • manage symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety

The first six sessions are donation based, and thereafter a minimum of £5 or whatever you can afford is greatly appreciated.
