This online weekend retreat will explore how to maintain connection with ourselves and others during lockdown. Being physically isolated does not mean being socially isolated. This weekend we will be using kindness and compassion meditations to help us to feel connected to one another and the wider world, even if we are apart.  Can we form more meaningful connections at a distance?

For many of us, lockdown is the first time we have been alone with ourselves. Our routines, our distractions and our regular lives have been put on hold. This gives us the opportunity to get to know ourselves and to bring compassionate awareness to ourselves, just as we are.

This weekend will be charged on a sliding scale – £30 Mindful Therapies members
