Lindisfarne Mindfulness Retreat
Friday 16th September
This September we are running our first residential weekend retreat at the beautiful Lindisfarne, Holy Island.
The weekend includes two nights accommodation and meals and a programme of meditation and group workshops. Places cost £180 or £140 concessions.

- You are welcome to arrive from 12pm on Friday
- Lunch will be served between 1pm and 2pm on Friday
- Please note that it is unsafe to cross the causeway between 1pm and 7:30pm
- If you intend to arrive after 7:30pm please let us know your expected arrival time.
- The retreat will end at 1:30pm on Sunday.
- Please note that it is unsafe to cross the causeway between 2pm and 9pm on the Sunday.
