This innovative four week course focuses on living mindfully with kindness and compassion. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, this course focuses on using mindfulness to develop compassion for self and others. Combining mindfulness practice with tools from positive psychology the course will develop self awareness and kindness to yourself and help you connect with others. Designed as a stand alone course it also acts as a follow up to our popular First steps in Mindfulness four week course.
