An introduction to mindfulness

Learn mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and improve your wellbeing in this four week course. Suitable for beginners or as a refresher for more experienced meditators. This course begins with an Introduction designed to give you a sense of mindfulness and an idea of how this course is structured. For each of the four weeks, discussion, mindfulness tools and meditation practices help you build a base of both knowledge and experience.  Discover the science and philosophy of Mindfulness and learn how to incorporate mindfulness practices into your life to reduce stress, improve mental health, and enhance your personal and professional life.
