Festival of Self-Care

This full day event will be an opportunity to try a range of mindfulness based activities to boost your wellbeing. Come along and try out some meditation, yoga, art and creative writing. Or come along to talks and workshops on ways to use mindfulness to manage anxiety and promote sleep. Full programme to be announced!

We believe that mindfulness and wellbeing should be affordable to all. The event is offered on a donation basis with a suggested donation of £30/£15/£5.

Schedule for the day

9:30am – 10am – arrival and coffee

10am – 10:15am – intention setting and overview of day (Rachel and Mark)

10:15am – 11:15am – inspiration tree workshop with Rachel

11:15am – 11:30am – break

11:30am – 12:45pm – self care and sleep workshop with Mark

12:45pm – 1pm – summary and check out from morning (Rachel and Mark)

1pm-2pm – lunch break (lunch not provided)

After lunch the afternoon is broken into three 45 minute slots with a choice of 2 activities:

2pm-2:45pm – a) yoga – Jo b) tbc

3pm-3:45pm a) acupuncture – Jane b) art with Fiona C

4pm-4:45pm a) movement with Victoria b) creative writing?

4:45pm – 5pm – check out and end
