Staying connected during lockdown
A lot has changed in the last few weeks. Our lives are very different. Mindful Therapies has responded as best we can to provide as much connection as possible.
We are continuing to provide meditation and mindful movement classes via Facebook Live on the Mindful Therapies Facebook page and have four mindfulness classes per week on the Facebook group – Mindful Therapies Mindful Communities.
We are also pleased to announce our first online weekend retreat on the 25th and 26th of April. This will be available via Zoom and is limited to 16 places so book up quick to avoid disappointment!
We are also offering two Zoom Mindful Space classes per week as an opportunity to talk to like-minded people about our experiences of lockdown.
The remote counselling service is now up and running and we are now open to new clients. If you feel that you would benefit from support at this time please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an assessment.
We are offering as much as we can on a donation basis. We are a small not-for-profit business and, like many other businesses, we have lost a lot of work already through this crisis, so we need your support and donations more than ever.
