Mindfulness is the art of focus, awareness and attention. Develop skills to improve your mental health and wellbeing. We provide courses, workshops and drop-in meditation classes, workplace mindfulness training, affordable counselling and coaching. We are a not-for-profit, which means that all income goes back into the community.
